I support organizations to think systemically, long-term, and beyond human-centricity. My professional and personal goal is to include myself in spaces where I can participate in the co-design of preferable futures in which global south narratives are present, nature & non-human actors are included and cross-sector collaboration is the norm.

My work

No matter the sector or the organisation I am working with, my approach is systemic, regenerative and, when needed, people-centred. This approach and mindset has been key to help me support organisations to: 1) Understand their role in their sectors to foster cross-sector collaboration 2) Unlock projects by building common goals and language and more importantly, 3) Co-create new ways of working and nurture paradigms shifts that allow people and organisations to change.

Research: Conduct research to understand the systemic issues, the needs and circumstances of the people impacted directly and indirectly by your strategy, programs, mechanisms, services or digital products.




Engagement & co-design: Run workshops and sessions to design (or re-design) your strategies, programs, mechanisms or services with the people impacted by them.

Organisational Design: Connect vision, strategy, teams structure and services through a cohesive operating model that enable you to deliver your services cost efficiently and scale your impact.

Strategy: Map the ecosystem of actors and explore current and future societal trends to identify gaps, roles, relationships, trends, power dynamics, needs to inform your strategic direction, decision making process, partnerships and funding allocation plans.
